Laiwuli provides OEM/ODM furniture customization services for furniture brands, wholesalers, project furnishing suppliers, and cross-border sales channels, covering Adjustable Desk, Desk, Bookcase, Dining Table, Bedside Table, Coffee Table, Side Table, Sideboard, and Modular Cabinet. A project can be evaluated based on product photos, existing samples, structural drawings, size lists, target materials, color direction, or target price range. This service is suitable for orders that require furniture series development, adjustments to existing styles, and smooth handoff to batch production.
Foshan Hefeng Furniture has operated for about 20 years, with a 7500-square-meter factory and 20–30 workers. Experienced craftsmen take part in sample production and product development. The factory can handle sample-based development, modifications of existing products, and contract furniture manufacturing projects.
Customization Scope
- 1.Product structure: desktop size, cabinet shelves, drawer layout, door panel style, leg/frame structure, storage zones, and modular combinations.
- 2.Appearance configuration: board finishes, colors, woodgrain direction, handle styles, edge-banding effects, hardware matching, and consistent overall styling.
- 3.Functional configuration: Adjustable Desk motor and controller configuration, cable management, knock-down structure, load-bearing structure, and storage details.
- 4.Series development: A single project can be developed as a coordinated set across desks/tables, cabinets, side tables, bookcases, and Modular Cabinet products, keeping size logic, color system, and installation method consistent.

Submit requirements
Send product photos, reference links, sample information, drawings, dimensions, materials, colors, and target use scenarios.
Project evaluation
Confirm structural feasibility, production process, material alternatives, cost range, and batch production method.
Sample development
Make samples based on the confirmed plan to check dimensions, structure, appearance, function, and installation details.
Order confirmation
Confirm product configuration, quantity combinations, color plan, packaging requirements, and shipment arrangements.
Batch production
Arrange production according to the confirmed sample and order documents.
Shipping handoff
Ship after checking order documents and completing logistics arrangements.
Sampling Process
- 1.Samples can be arranged for batch orders. Free samples are not provided.
- 2.Custom sample development lead time is about 15 days.
- 3.Sample confirmation covers product dimensions, structural stability, finish color, hardware or motor configuration, installation method, edge/corner treatment, and overall appearance.
- 4.After sample confirmation, batch production will follow the confirmed sample, order list, and revision documents to reduce rework and version deviations.
Logo Customization
Laiwuli supports adding Logo and brand information to product nameplates, product stickers, user manuals, installation documents, and branded packing inserts. Before placing an order, please provide AI, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution PNG files, and confirm Logo color, size, placement, text language, and brand usage guidelines at the same time.
For different market versions, brand name, manual language, installation document version, and packing insert contents can be separated by order to avoid mixing brand documents within the same shipment.
Packaging Customization
Standard packaging uses foam pads, EPE pearl cotton, corner protectors, and outer cartons. Some furniture products can be reinforced with wooden crates to improve protection for long-distance transportation and large furniture shipments. Knock-down furniture can be packed by component, hardware pack, and vulnerable area to reduce bumping and damage during container loading, transfer, and warehouse receiving.
Packaging labels can be configured as neutral cartons, branded cartons, carton shipping marks, SKU, barcode, destination labels, and overseas warehouse receiving labels. For orders shipped to a designated logistics warehouse, overseas warehouse, or project site, receiving rules, label format, and carton mark information should be confirmed during the packaging confirmation stage.
Order and Inspection Support
- 1.Mix-and-match rule: Different colors or models can be mixed within one MOQ order.
- 2.Production lead time: standard products 3–7 days; custom products about 15 days.
3.Monthly capacity: in-house production about 500 pieces; outsourced processing support about 500 pieces.
4.Production follow-up: Production progress photos or videos can be provided.
- 5.Finished product inspection: Products are inspected before packaging. After production is completed, customer inspection or third-party factory inspection is accepted.
- 6.Trade and logistics: EXW and DDP are supported, with shipment to the customer's designated logistics provider or overseas warehouse.
- 7.Payment terms: Standard orders and custom orders both require a 50% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment. USD is accepted.
